Privacy

The short version

This notice covers dappmeup.com. You can read the site without an account. If you request dapp. access, we store the email address, interest category, and signup source you submit. If you contact us, we store the name, email address, subject, and message you submit. We also use privacy-configured Clicky analytics to understand basic site traffic.

Who operates this site

Information you choose to give us

Access and roster updates

When you submit an access form, we collect your email address, the category you selected, the page where the form appeared, and timestamps used to maintain the request. We use this information to send product-access or release information you requested and to understand which kind of access people want.

Contact messages

When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, selected subject, message, status, and submission timestamp. We use this information to review and answer the message.

Do not send passwords, payment data, government identifiers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information through either form.

Analytics and device information

We use Clicky Website Analytics to measure page views and broad usage patterns. Our on-page configuration disables Clicky tracking cookies, heatmaps, and automatic outbound/download click tracking. We do not send Clicky names, email addresses, account identifiers, or form contents. Clicky states that its default visitor-privacy mode anonymizes IP addresses and uses no tracking cookies.

The analytics script does not load when your browser sends the Global “Do Not Track” signal or when you use the control below. Clicky also provides a service-wide opt-out that applies across sites using its service.

Infrastructure and storage

Cloudflare provides DNS, security, content delivery, server execution, and D1 database storage for this site. Cloudflare may process routine request information such as IP address, request headers, timestamps, and security events as needed to deliver and protect the service. Form submissions are stored in Cloudflare D1. You can review Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated abuse. When you submit a form, Cloudflare processes the verification token and request information, including the requesting IP address, and returns a verification result to this site. We do not include your name, email address, subject, or message in that verification request.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only to infrastructure and analytics providers that help operate the site, to people working on dapp. who need it to answer a request, when you direct us to, or when required to comply with law or protect the service and its users.

Retention

We keep access requests while the access or release program remains relevant and aim to remove inactive records within 24 months of the last relevant communication. We aim to remove contact messages within 24 months after the conversation ends. We may retain limited records longer when reasonably necessary for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access, correct, export, or delete information you submitted by emailing privacy@dappmeup.com from the relevant address. We may need to verify the request. Depending on where you live, local law may provide additional rights or a right to complain to a privacy regulator.

Children

This site is intended for a general adult audience and is not directed to children under 13. Do not submit information about a child through the forms.

Changes

We will update the date at the top when this notice materially changes. This notice covers the website. Any microphone or audio-derived processing in the mobile app is governed by a product-specific notice presented before that feature is enabled.
