Agreement

By using dappmeup.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit a form. The mobile app, in-app store, and specific access programs may present supplemental terms; those terms apply in addition to these when you use the relevant service.

Access and availability

Access, product features, roster contents, pricing, and platform availability may vary by device, region, account, and release channel. Submitting an access request does not guarantee admission, timing, a particular dapper, or a queue position. Any price and purchase terms are shown before checkout.

Roster and editorial work

Dapper profiles, interviews, bylines, photographs, and editorial subjects are original dapp. brand and editorial work. They do not imply affiliation with or endorsement by an unaffiliated public figure, company, artist, venue, employer, or institution. Authorized collaborations are identified when applicable.

Acceptable use

You may browse and share links to public pages. You may not:

• interfere with site operation, access controls, forms, or security;
• submit unlawful, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or malicious material;
• automate form submissions, scrape personal information, or probe private infrastructure;
• use the identity, images, copy, roster, or editorial work to imply affiliation or endorsement; or
• remove ownership notices from downloaded press assets.

Identity and content

The dapp. name, logo system, site design, original copy, roster identities, and original images are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Press assets may be used in truthful editorial coverage of dapp. without alteration beyond reasonable sizing and placement. Other reuse requires written permission from press@dappmeup.com.

Links and third-party services

The site may link to third-party websites. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement unless we say so plainly.

No warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every piece of information will remain current.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, dapp. and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the site. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and governing law

We may change the site, service, or these terms over time. The date above identifies the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your location.
